Privacy Policy.

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

Introduction

Multiply Revenue ("we," "us," "our"), based in Denver, Colorado, operates the Multiply Revenue platform, the multiplyrevenue.com website and the Multiply Revenue Pixel intent network. This policy explains how we handle data across all three. We handle two distinct types of data under different rules, described in the section below.

The Short Version

The full policy is below and it is worth reading. This is the part most people are actually asking about.

We never sell your business's data. Your contacts, your call recordings, your transcripts, your deal records and the lists you upload are yours. We do not sell them, rent them, or hand them to another client. There is no exception to this and no plan where it changes.

We never use your business's data to train our own AI models. Voice and language processing runs through third-party providers, under agreements that forbid them from using it for their own purposes. You can ask us who they are at any time.

You can take your data out, or have it deleted, whenever you want. You do not have to ask permission or explain why.

The one thing that is not a flat no: the Multiply Revenue Pixel, our separate intent network, is explained in its own section below. It is opt-in, it never touches your business's data, and under some state laws the way it works may count as “sharing” or “selling” personal information. We would rather tell you that plainly here than leave you to find it in section nine.

Two Types of Data

Client Business Data

Information our business clients store in or generate through the platform, including their contacts, call recordings, transcripts, deal records and uploaded lists. This data is private to that client. We never sell it, never rent it, never share it with other clients and never use it to train our own AI models. The client owns it and may export or delete it at any time. Voice and language processing runs through third-party providers under agreements that forbid them from using it for their own purposes, and a current list of those providers is available on request.

Intent Network Data

Anonymous and pseudonymous behavioral signals collected by the Multiply Revenue Pixel across websites that participate in our network. This data powers in-market audience identification and lead generation. It is governed by consent and opt-out rights and is kept entirely separate from Client Business Data. Client Business Data is never used for the intent network.

The Multiply Revenue Pixel

The Pixel is a small piece of code that a client can choose to put on their own website. It is how our intent network learns which businesses are actively shopping for something, which is what powers in-market audiences. It is a separate thing from the platform, and this section is here because it deserves a straight explanation rather than a footnote.

It is opt-in, and saying no costs nothing

Running the Pixel is a choice. A client who declines keeps every other part of the product, at the same price, with nothing withheld and no feature switched off. Private Mode, where a client opts out entirely, is free. We do not charge more for privacy and we never will.

What it collects

Anonymous and pseudonymous behavioural signals: pages viewed, broad location, the kind of device, and how a visit relates to other visits across sites in the network. It is not designed to identify a named individual, and it does not read form fields, passwords or payment details.

It never touches your business's data

Intent Network Data and Client Business Data are kept apart on purpose. Your contacts, calls and recordings are never fed into the intent network, and nothing you store in the platform is used to build an audience for anyone else.

Your site visitors keep their rights

Anyone whose activity is recorded by the Pixel can opt out, and under some state laws this activity may be treated as “sharing” or “selling” personal information, with the opt-out rights that come with that. See Your Rights and Choices below for how to exercise them.

If you run the Pixel, you have a job too

A client who installs it needs their own privacy notice to disclose it to their visitors. We will supply wording if you want it. Email [email protected] and ask.
