A coach that read everything before you asked.
Most teams only ever review the calls somebody happened to flag. The coach reviews all of them. It scores every conversation, spots what books meetings and what loses them, and carries one shared memory across your calls, texts and email. It is sales coaching software built on every call, not a sample. Then it answers your questions in plain language, on any page of the app, from your actual pipeline instead of generic sales advice.

Monday morning. Who should you call first?
You have an hour before the crew rolls out and a pipeline full of names. Here is how that hour usually goes. Then see how it goes when you can just ask. Tap to compare.
- Who should I call first this morning?
- AI CoachRachel Kim at Northside Dental. She opened your quote twice on Friday and asked about financing on her last call.
- What should I lead with?
- AI CoachHer office manager is worried about downtime during the install. Open with the weekend schedule. She never heard it last time.
- AI CoachAfter her, try Omar at Pine Street Property. He said to call back after the board met. They met on Thursday.
Each conversation gets graded against what actually converts in your account. Trends surface instead of anecdotes.
Ask where a deal went wrong and get the moment it happened, in the transcript, with what to do differently next time.
Before every call it tells you who you are about to speak with, what happened last touch and what they said they care about.
Deals, contacts, tasks, texts and social messages are all in its memory. One question replaces twenty minutes of digging.
Coaching from the whole picture, not a sample.
Why scoring every call matters
When you only review the calls someone flagged, you only find the problems in those calls. A habit that loses deals looks fine in any single recording. It only shows up when you look at all of them together.
The coach reads every conversation, so the pattern surfaces on its own. You stop coaching from the one call that went badly and start coaching from what your team actually does every day.
It answers from your pipeline
Ask a generic chatbot how to close more deals and you get a blog post. Ask the coach and you get names and dates from your own account.
It knows who opened your quote. It knows who asked about price on their last call. It knows which deal has gone quiet for two weeks. The answer comes with the reason behind it, so you can check it before you act.
One memory, every channel
Your calls, texts, email and social messages all feed the same memory. When a prospect replies to a text, the coach already knows what they said on the phone last Tuesday.
That memory is shared with every agent too. Nobody asks a prospect the same question twice. When you hire someone new, they can ask the coach about any deal on day one instead of waiting for a handover.
Key features of sales coaching software
Sales coaching software earns its place with a short list of things. It scores every call, not a sample, so the pattern is visible and not just the loudest call of the week. It keeps a transcript of each conversation. It gives feedback that points to the moment in that transcript where a call went well or went wrong. It briefs you before the next call with what was said last time. And it reviews your AI agents' calls as well as your people's, so no part of the pipeline goes unexamined.
Our coach does all five, and it adds one more. Because it holds one memory across calls, texts and email, you can ask it a plain question about a deal and get an answer built from what actually happened.
How AI sales coaching works, step by step
Every call is recorded and transcribed. The coach scores it and compares it with what books meetings in your account. Patterns surface across many calls, so a habit shows up as a habit and not as one bad afternoon.
The manager gets a short list of conversations worth a conversation, and why each one is on it. The rep gets feedback tied to the moment it happened. Next week the scores show whether it worked. Conversation intelligence is only useful when it ends in a change somebody can see, and this loop is built to end there.
Onboarding new reps and agents
A new rep usually learns from whoever has a spare half hour. With every call scored, the best calls become the training material: real openings, real objections and the answers that went on to book meetings. A new hire can hear what good sounds like in your market, not in a generic course.
The same review runs on your AI agents. When a script is losing meetings it shows up in the scores, so it gets fixed and not repeated. Managers still do the coaching. The software finds where to look.
How to choose sales coaching software
Compare tools on what happens after the call, not on the length of the feature list. Ask how many calls get reviewed, whether the feedback points to a moment in the conversation, and whether the same analysis covers your AI agents as well as your people. Ask for a demo on a real call from your own business, because a canned example proves nothing.
Then ask who it is built for. Some coaching tools are built for enterprise teams with a training department. Ours is built for a business that wants to improve its sales teams without hiring one.
Performance insights, not a leaderboard
A score on its own does not coach anybody. What helps is analysis you can act on: which part of the call loses people, which opening gets a second conversation, which objection never gets a proper answer.
The coach turns scored calls into insights about performance across the whole team, so feedback is specific and fair. A rep is not judged on two calls someone happened to pick. The scorecard for a call is built from everything that rep said, and the trend shows whether the coaching worked.
Built for managers and sales teams
A manager cannot sit in on every conversation, and a sales team of any size has hundreds of them. The coach does the listening so the manager can do the part that changes behaviour: a short, specific conversation with a rep about one call that mattered.
For a small sales team that means getting coaching that used to need a full time manager. For a larger one it means the same standard across every rep and every agent, because every call is read the same way.
Everything worth knowing, the long version.

Common questions
What is sales coaching software?
Software that reviews sales conversations and turns them into something a manager can coach from. The useful ones review every call rather than a sample, track specific behaviours you define rather than a generic score, and put the result where the manager and the deal record already live. The point is to remove the sampling problem, not to replace the manager.
How is this different from call recording?
Call recording gives you the raw material and leaves the work to you. Nobody has time to listen to everything, so recordings get sampled in practice even when everything is captured. Coaching software reviews the whole set and tells a manager which conversations are worth their attention this week, and why.
Does it coach the AI agent's calls as well as my team's?
Yes, and it should. If part of your outbound is handled by an agent, those conversations need reviewing against the same definition of a good call as everybody else's. Coaching only the human half of a pipeline leaves the other half unexamined.
Will my reps feel like they are being monitored?
That depends entirely on how it is used, and it is a fair worry. A tool used to surface three calls worth discussing is coaching. The same tool used to rank people publicly becomes surveillance, and a team that experiences it that way will perform for the metric rather than improve. Decide which one you are doing before you switch it on, and tell the team.
What about call recording laws?
Recording rules vary by state, and some require every party to consent rather than just one. The business making the call carries that obligation, not the software vendor. Our agent discloses that the call is recorded at the start of every call, in every state, whether or not that state requires it. Ask any vendor what their disclosure says and when it is played.
What should sales coaching software include?
At the least it should score every call and not a sample, keep transcripts you can search, point feedback at the exact moment in a conversation and tell a manager which calls deserve attention this week. It should also review the calls your AI agents make, because those are part of the pipeline too.
Does it work for a team of two or three?
Yes. The value is in reviewing every call, which a small team cannot do by hand. A two or three person team gets the same scoring, transcripts and briefings as a larger one, and it is often the team with the least spare time that gains the most.
