The platform runs on established cloud infrastructure, and the providers that touch call and message data are under data-handling agreements.
Each account's data is kept separate, and inside our team access is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

Is my customer data sold or shared?+
No. We do not sell or rent your business data. Your contacts, calls and deals are yours alone.
Is my data used to train AI?+
We do not use your conversations or customer data to train our own AI models, and we do not sell them. Voice and language processing runs through third-party providers, and we can share the current list and their data-handling terms on request.
Do you support HIPAA compliance?+
Not today. Signing a Business Associate Agreement means every provider that touches protected health information has to sign one with us too, and we are not there yet. If you handle PHI, talk to us first and we will tell you honestly whether we are a fit.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time.
