What it really costs to do this yourself.
The software is only part of the bill. You also buy the inboxes and domains, set up the technical records and warm everything up.

Inboxes at $7 each. Budget inbox resellers charge less per inbox, which narrows the gap, and you do not always control those accounts.
Four jobs you would otherwise own.
- DomainsBought for you, one for every three inboxes, and renewed.
- InboxesEvery inbox created and connected, so you never log into a mail admin panel.
- DNS recordsSPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain, checked before sending starts.
- Warm-upWeeks of gradual sending so new domains earn trust before real campaigns.
We do the waiting for you.
New inboxes must warm up before they can send cold email safely. The setup is quick, and the warm-up runs on its own.
- 01Day one to twoYour start date is confirmed, then domains, inboxes and DNS records are set up
- 02Weeks 1 to 3Warm-up runs on its own. No cold emails yet
- 03Weeks 3 to 4First campaigns go out and volume rises each week

Asked before every order.
Are leads included?+
No. This service sets up and runs the sending. Bring your own list, or add our in-market audience data for businesses that are shopping right now.
When does sending start?+
We confirm your start date within two business days of payment. Setup comes first, then a warm-up of two to three weeks, then full volume in the second month. If the first warm-up email has not gone out within 25 days, we end the order before it renews. That promise is written into your agreement.
Why does warm-up take weeks?+
A new domain has no sending history. Mailbox providers treat a sudden burst from an unknown domain as spam, so we raise the volume a little each week.
Is every email compliant?+
Every email carries your postal address and a clear way to opt out, as the law requires, and people who opt out are never emailed again.
Competitor prices come from each company's public pricing, read October 2026, and may change. We assume 30 emails per inbox per day, 3 inboxes per domain, Google Workspace inboxes at $7 each and domains at $14 a year. The Mailshake figure is an estimate. The agency figure is the low end of published ranges. Our sending runs on infrastructure we set up and operate for you, so the comparison is about cost, not a promise of identical inbox placement. Results depend on your list and your copy.
