ListKit Alternatives

The Best ListKit AlternativesMultiply Revenue vs ListKit, and 10 Other B2B Lead Generation Tools Compared.

ListKit runs cold email with verified B2B leads included in one plan. Teams look for a ListKit alternative for three reasons: a price built for a full email service when they only need data, a list that tells you who but not when and leads that still need somebody to call them. Here is how the best options compare on data, features and pricing.

What You Get

What Multiply Revenue Does for Your Business

Whatever you decide about ListKit, here is what our software does for you, in plain terms. It is built for one job: bringing in new customers without you hiring a sales team.

  • An AI agent that makes the calls for you

Our digital assistant calls your list or our in-market audience, opens with something specific to each business, asks your qualifying questions and handles the common objections. When someone is ready, it books a time on your live calendar before the call ends.

  • Leads who are shopping right now

In-market audience data shows businesses that searched on Google or Bing or filled in a form on Facebook or Instagram for what you sell, in the last day to the last week. You call people while they are deciding, not months after.

  • Follow-up that never forgets

Nobody falls through the cracks. People who did not answer get a call back, a text or an email on the schedule you set, so a list keeps getting worked long after the first pass.

  • Every call recorded, transcribed and scored

Each call is recorded and transcribed, and the AI coach scores it, so you can read exactly what was said and see what is working without listening to hours of audio.

  • The CRM is included, with unlimited users

Contacts, pipeline, calendar booking and analytics come with every plan, with unlimited contacts and users. Every call, text and email lands on the contact record by itself, with no typing.

  • Simple pricing, no contract

Plans are $97, $297 or $497 a month, month to month, with no setup fee and the whole toolbox on every plan. AI calling time is billed by the minute (10¢ inbound, 20¢ outbound), so you pay for the work that happens.

  • Done for you, if you would rather not set it up

Add Done for you from $97 a month and a person sets everything up with you in month one, then keeps improving it every month. Cancel any time.

  • Calls are made the right way

The agent calls business lines in each prospect's own timezone, never in the evening and never on a Sunday, and every call opens by saying it is a digital assistant and that the call is recorded.

Why People Switch

Why Teams Look for ListKit Alternatives

ListKit puts leads, sending and inboxes in one plan with a guided launch. The reasons teams compare ListKit alternatives are usually about price at their volume, the channel and what the data can and cannot tell them.

The entry price buys more than some teams need

At $597 a month for 1,000 emails a day, ListKit is priced as a full cold email service. A founder who only wants a few hundred verified contacts a month can start on a free plan elsewhere, and a team that already owns its sending tool may only need the data.

Source: ListKit homepage and pricing · checked October 18, 2026.

They already have a sequencer

Teams that already run Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy or Apollo sequences do not want to pay for a second sending engine. For them a data-focused tool such as Lusha or UpLead, or a one-time list, can be the cheaper fit.

They need phone numbers, not just emails

Cold email is one channel. Teams that sell by phone want direct dials and mobile numbers with enough phone credits to call at volume, which is where Lusha, Kaspr, Cognism and Seamless.AI focus.

They want deeper enrichment and workflows

Growth teams that want to combine many data providers, research accounts with an AI agent and trigger plays on job changes or company news move to Clay, which is built for that.

Source: Clay Pricing · checked October 18, 2026.

A list tells you who, not when

Even a perfectly verified contact is a cold contact if the business is not shopping. Teams that keep reaching the right people at the wrong time look for buyer intent data that shows which businesses are in the market this week.

Nobody has time to work the leads

Buying better leads does not help if no one follows up. Small businesses without a sales team look for a ListKit alternative that also does the outreach, calling and emailing the prospects and booking the meetings.

ListKit Pricing, Explained

What ListKit Costs in 2026, and How Its Competitors Compare

ListKit's homepage, read October 18, 2026, shows one plan priced by daily sending volume: $597 a month at 1,000 emails a day, $1,194 at 2,000, $1,791 at 3,000, $2,985 at 5,000 and $5,970 at 10,000. That price includes the leads, the sending engine, the domains and inboxes, AI copywriting and an onboarding call. It is per account, not per user.

Most ListKit competitors price differently. Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, Snov.io and UpLead sell credits, where one credit usually reveals one contact or one email, on monthly or annual plans, and most publish a free plan or free trial. Clay sells actions and data credits for its workflows. ZoomInfo and Cognism quote on a call.

To compare like with like, work out what you need each month: how many contacts, how many emails and phone numbers and whether you also need a sending tool and inboxes. A data-only plan plus a separate sequencer can cost less than ListKit at low volume, or more once you add inbox infrastructure and the time it takes to set up.

For reference, Multiply Revenue sells data without credits. The B2B Database is $197 one time for 100,000 verified records, and In-Market Audience Data is $997 a month with 100,000 B2B leads a month included, with no plan required for either. Cold email is its own product at $197 a month for 25,000 emails or $347 for 50,000, with a one-time infrastructure fee of $199 or $349. Platform plans with the AI calling agent are $97, $297 and $497 a month with no setup fee.

A worked example, on our assumptions: ListKit at 1,000 emails a day, sent every day, is about 30,000 emails a month for $597 with leads included. The smallest of our cold email plans that covers 30,000 emails is the 50,000 a month plan, plus the one-time B2B Database for the leads. Prices move often in this category, so price your own volume on both pages before you decide, and treat any comparison table, including ours, as a starting point.

ListKit at a Glance

What Is ListKit? Key Features, Pricing and Who It Serves

To pick the right ListKit alternative, it helps to be clear on what ListKit sells today. Its homepage describes one cold email stack built around a B2B leads database.

A B2B leads database with AI Search

ListKit says it holds 977M+ triple-verified B2B contacts with intent signals, searched by describing your ideal customer profile in plain English. Teams use it to build lead lists for outbound prospecting without learning a filter screen.

An email engine with warmup and sequences

Multi-step sequences, warmup and a master inbox for replies are part of the plan, so the leads you pull can be emailed from the same tool instead of exported to a separate sender such as Instantly or Smartlead.

Managed domains and inboxes

ListKit registers and configures the sending domains and inboxes for you, warms them for about two weeks and covers the domain fees. Its homepage claims 98% deliverability; that is its own figure and we have not tested it.

AI copywriting and onboarding

An AI script writing agent drafts three-step sequences with A/B testing, and every plan includes a one-on-one onboarding call. ListKit says campaigns are typically live in about three weeks.

Pricing by daily sending volume

One plan at $597 a month for 1,000 emails a day, then $1,194 at 2,000, $1,791 at 3,000, $2,985 at 5,000 and $5,970 at 10,000, per account rather than per user. The homepage shows no free plan; a ListKit comparison page mentions a free trial, but we could not read its terms.

Who ListKit suits

In our view, founders, agencies and small sales teams that want cold email running without assembling a data tool, a sending tool and inbox infrastructure themselves, and that are happy for email to be the main outbound channel.

Sourced, Not Guessed

Where the Real Difference Shows Up

01

ListKit Sells a Cold Email Service, Not Only a Lead List

ListKit's own comparison pages still show an older per-lead price. Its homepage, read October 18, 2026, describes something bigger: leads, a sending engine with warmup, managed domains and inboxes, an AI script writer and a one-on-one onboarding call, all in one plan priced by daily sending volume. That is a fair package for a team that wants cold email done in one place. It also means comparing ListKit with Apollo or Lusha on price per credit misses the point, because you are buying a service, not a data plan.

02

Who to Contact Is Half the Job. When to Contact Them Is the Other Half.

A contact database tells you who fits your market. It cannot tell you who is shopping this week, because most businesses are not buying most things most of the time. Our In-Market Audience Data is built from what businesses did in the last day to week: searches on Google and Bing and forms filled in on Facebook and Instagram. The B2B Database is the breadth, the in-market file is the timing, and most buyers use the first for the campaign that runs underneath and the second for this week's calls.

03

Email Only Reaches the People Who Read Email

ListKit is an email channel. A business owner who never opens a cold email will still often answer the business line. On a Multiply Revenue plan, the same list feeds a digital assistant that calls the business lines in each prospect's own timezone, says it is a digital assistant and that the call is recorded, asks your qualifying questions and books the meeting onto your calendar. Emails and texts follow up from the same workspace, so one list is worked on every channel instead of one.

04

ListKit vs Apollo: Which One Should You Pick?

ListKit publishes its own ListKit vs Apollo page, and the two sell different things. Apollo is a sales platform sold per seat: a contact database, sequences, a deliverability suite and an optional dialer, with a free plan and credits granted per seat. ListKit is a cold email service sold per account: leads, sending, domains, inboxes and AI copywriting in one plan priced by daily email volume. Pick Apollo if your reps will prospect in the tool every day, want calling and email in one place and like starting free. Pick ListKit if you want cold email running without building the infrastructure. One caution: ListKit's own Apollo comparison page shows a $97 price and a 731M lead count, while its homepage shows $597 a month and 977M+ contacts, so confirm the current plan with ListKit before you buy.

What We Do Not Claim

We do not claim our database is bigger than anybody's, because every provider in this market quotes a large number and they are not measuring the same thing. Our data carries no consumer records and no cell phone numbers for calling. It is not exclusive, and no list guarantees that every record answers. Ask us for a sample of your own target market and measure the bounce rate yourself, then do the same with ListKit and pick the one that wins.

Also Worth a Look

More ListKit Competitors: Sending Tools and Other Data Sources

Some teams replace ListKit with two tools: a data source from the list above and a dedicated cold email sequencer. These are names that come up often. We have not reviewed them or read their prices, so check each site for current plans and features.

Instantly

A cold email sending platform that teams pair with a data-only tool such as Apollo, Hunter or UpLead when they want to keep the data and the sending separate.

Smartlead

A cold email sequencer that teams commonly pair with a separate lead source. Not reviewed for this page.

Saleshandy

Cold email outreach software, another sender teams pair with a separate lead source. Not reviewed for this page.

RocketReach

A contact lookup tool for emails and phone numbers. Its pricing page blocked our automated check on October 18, 2026, so it is not in the shortlist above.

Buyer's Checklist

How to Choose the Right ListKit Alternative

Every B2B data provider says its contacts are verified and its database is huge. These are the checks that actually separate them, and most of them can be run before you pay.

Accuracy you measure yourself

Ask for a sample of your exact target market, not a generic demo file, and run the emails through your own validator. The bounce rate you measure is the only accuracy number worth trusting, because every vendor defines verified differently.

Credits, and what one actually buys

Most lead generation tools sell credits. Check how many credits an email costs, how many a phone number costs, whether unused credits roll over and whether you are charged for a contact that bounces. Two plans with the same price can deliver very different numbers of usable leads.

Mobile numbers and direct dials

If you plan to call, check whether the tool returns direct dials, mobile numbers or only a company switchboard, and how many phone credits each plan includes. Phone data is usually the scarcest and most expensive part of any plan.

Filters that match your ICP

Your ideal customer profile decides the list. Compare the filters you will actually use: industry, location, company size, job title, technology used and funding. A smaller database with the right filters beats a larger one you cannot narrow down.

Timing, not just fit

A contact database tells you who fits your market. Buyer intent data tells you who is shopping right now. If your outreach keeps reaching people who are not in the market, look for a provider that adds intent signals to the list.

What happens after the export

A list does nothing until somebody emails or calls it. Check whether the tool includes a sequencer, an email finder Chrome extension, CRM sync or calling, or whether you will need a second tool such as Instantly, Smartlead or Saleshandy to send.

Compliance and where the data comes from

Ask how the data is sourced and how the vendor handles CCPA, CAN-SPAM and GDPR. For calling, remember that a cell phone needs the person's consent before an automated or AI voice calls it, whatever the list says.

By Business Type

The Best ListKit Alternative for Your Type of Business

The right ListKit alternative depends on who you sell to, how you reach them and whether you have a team to do the outreach.

Local service businesses selling to other businesses

Commercial cleaning, IT support, signage, landscaping and other service businesses that sell to local companies need business owners in their own area, with a phone number that reaches a person. A verified list filtered by industry and city, plus an agent that calls and books the visit, does more for them than a global database built for SaaS sales teams.

Cold email agencies

Agencies that run cold email for clients need fresh, verified emails at volume and a low cost per contact. ListKit, Apollo and Clay are all options, with Apollo and Clay often paired with a sending tool such as Instantly or Smartlead. Clay suits agencies that build custom enrichment for each client.

SaaS and tech sales teams

SaaS companies selling to tech buyers want technographic filters, funding data and intent signals. Apollo offers data, intent topics and sequences in one platform; ZoomInfo and Cognism are the enterprise options, with direct dials and mobile numbers and, for Cognism, EMEA data.

Recruiters and founders doing their own outreach

Founders and recruiters who need a few hundred contacts a month are often well served by a free plan: Apollo, Hunter, Lusha and Kaspr all publish one. Pay for more only when the free credits become the bottleneck.

Teams that want phone numbers more than emails

If calling is the main channel, compare phone credits first. Lusha, Kaspr, Cognism and Seamless.AI are known for direct dials and mobile numbers. Check the price per number, not the price per plan.

Businesses with no sales team at all

If nobody has time to work a list, buying a bigger one changes nothing. Multiply Revenue sells the data on its own and, on a plan, its digital assistant calls the business lines and sends the emails for you, then books the meetings onto your calendar.

Fair Is Fair

When ListKit Is Still the Best Choice

ListKit is a good fit when cold email is your main outbound channel and you do not want to build it yourself. One plan covers the leads, the sending engine, the domains and inboxes and the copy, and a person helps you launch. For a founder or small team sending a steady volume of cold email, that convenience is worth paying for.

Where it falls short is the channel and the timing. Email reaches the people who read it, and a contact list cannot tell you who is in the market this week. Many teams keep their cold email tool and add Multiply Revenue's in-market data and AI calling, so the businesses most likely to buy get a phone call as well as an email.

Moving Over

How to Switch From ListKit to Another Lead Source

Changing data provider does not have to stop your outreach. These steps apply whichever ListKit alternative you pick.

  1. 1

Export what you already paid for

Download every list and campaign you have built, including the verification status of each email and the reply history, before your plan ends. Keep each export with the date you pulled it, so you know how old each contact is.

  2. 2

Write down your ICP and filters

Note the industries, locations, company sizes and job titles that produced replies. That is the brief for the new provider, and it lets you compare like with like.

  3. 3

Test a sample against your own results

Ask the new provider for a sample of the same market, validate the emails yourself and compare bounce and reply rates against your last ListKit campaign before you commit.

  4. 4

    Plan your sending domains

If ListKit set up your domains and inboxes, check who owns them and what happens to them when you cancel before you move, and give any new domains time to warm up.

  5. 5

    Carry over suppression lists

Move unsubscribes and bounced addresses to the new tool first, so nobody who opted out is contacted again.

  6. 6

Run both for a cycle, then cancel

Run one campaign on each source, compare the results, then cancel the one that lost. Most teams know within two or three weeks.
