POWER DIALER

Power dialer software that calls your list for you.

A power dialer dials the next number the moment the last call ends, so a rep spends the day talking and not typing digits. Ours goes one step further. You give the AI agent your own list or our in-market audience and it makes the calls itself, follows up with the ones who did not answer, records every conversation and books the interested ones onto your calendar. It is built for a business that sells by phone and wants the dialing done without a call floor.

What a power dialer is for, and what we did with it

The point of a dialer is to remove dead time between calls. Here the agent removes the dialing and the talking, and leaves you the part that needs you: the meeting.

Hi, this is Ava calling from Apex Roofing. Am I speaking with Robert?
Yeah, that's me.
You reached out about a roof leak last week. I have an opening Thursday at 2. Can we take a look?

Your list in, booked meetings out

Load your own contacts or choose our in-market audience. The agent works through them, asks your qualifying questions and puts the ones who say yes on your live calendar.

It does not stop at the first try

A number that did not answer gets a follow-up by call, text or email on the schedule you set. Most outbound lists die at the second attempt because people get busy. The agent does not.

Every call recorded, transcribed and scored

Listen to any call and read the transcript. The AI coach scores each one, so you see which opening books meetings and which one loses them.

Respectful by design

Calls go to business lines in the prospect's own timezone, never in the evening and never on a Sunday. The agent says it is a digital assistant and that the call is recorded.

What a power dialer does, and where it stops

A power dialer is a calling tool that dials the next number on your list as soon as the last call ends. A rep never types a digit or waits through a ring tone, so more of the day goes on talking. That is the whole job, and it does it well.

Where it stops is the conversation. Somebody still has to make every call, write the notes and remember who to ring back. The dialer is faster, and the work is the same size.

A version for your own team, where a rep ticks contacts and the app dials them one after another, is coming to customer plans. Today the AI agent is what works your list.

Power dialer vs predictive dialer vs AI calling

A power dialer calls one number for each free rep. A progressive dialer works the same way and the two names are often used for one thing. A preview dialer shows the rep the contact first and waits for them to press dial. A predictive dialer guesses when reps will be free and dials several numbers at once, so a person can pick up to a pause. An auto dialer is a loose name for any of them.

AI calling changes who is on the line. The agent has the conversation, so there is no rep to keep busy and nothing to predict.

How the AI works your list

You give the agent a list of your own or our in-market audience. It reads each record, calls and asks your qualifying questions. It handles the common objections and answers questions about your business. When someone is ready it books a time on your live calendar before the call ends.

People who did not answer get a follow-up by call, text or email on the schedule you set, so a list keeps getting worked after the first pass.

Calls to business lines, in business hours

The agent calls the leads who came to you and the business lists you bring. It does not dial random consumers. Calls go out in each prospect's own timezone, never in the evening and never on a Sunday.

Every call opens with the agent saying it is a digital assistant and that the call is recorded. A cell phone or a home line needs the person's written consent before an AI voice calls it. Check your list before you load it, and talk to your own counsel about it.

What happens after the call

Each call is recorded and transcribed, so you can read what was said instead of hearing about it later. The AI coach scores it and shows which openings book meetings and which objections lose them.

Booked meetings land on your calendar and the record shows the call behind each one. Your team spends its time on the meeting, not on the dialing before it.

Who it suits and what it costs

It suits a business that sells by phone and has more names than hours: home services, real estate, solar, insurance and similar. If you have a list and no one to call it, this is the fit.

QUESTIONS

Common questions

What is a power dialer?

A power dialer is calling software that dials one number at a time from a list and moves to the next as soon as a call ends. There is no waiting and no typing. Our version lets an AI agent do the talking as well, so nobody has to sit at the screen.

What is the difference between a power dialer and a predictive dialer?

A power dialer calls one number for each free caller. A predictive dialer guesses when callers will be free and dials several numbers at once, which can leave a person answering to silence or a dropped call. We do not sell predictive dialing. The agent holds a real conversation with each person who picks up.

Is a power dialer the same as a progressive dialer or a preview dialer?

They are close cousins. A progressive dialer dials the next number when a rep is free, much like a power dialer, and people often use the two names for the same thing. A preview dialer shows the rep the contact first and waits for them to press dial. Our agent reads the record before it calls, so it opens with something specific to that business.

Is it legal to use an auto dialer?

It depends on who you call and what consent you hold. Calls made with an AI voice to a business landline are treated differently from calls to a cell phone or a home line, which need the person's written consent first. The platform gives you calling windows in the prospect's timezone, do-not-call suppression and recording on every call. It cannot choose your list for you, so check your own list and talk to your own counsel.

Does it replace my sales reps?

It takes over the dialing, the follow-up and the first conversation. Your reps keep the meetings it books and the deals that follow. For a small team that means more booked conversations without hiring more people to dial.

What does it cost?

Campaigns that call a list run on the Pro plan at $297 a month and the Enterprise plan at $497 a month. The Starter plan at $97 a month covers callbacks and follow-ups. AI time is billed at 20 cents a minute for outbound calls, and calls nobody answers are free. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
