CRM FOR NONPROFITS

Every supporter hears from you in time.

A CRM for nonprofits should do more than hold names. This one calls your supporters, thanks new donors, confirms event RSVPs and welcomes volunteers, then follows up by text and email and writes every conversation into one record your whole team can see.

Set up with you. Unlimited users, no per-seat pricing, no contract.

THE SMALL TEAM PROBLEM

The calls that matter are the ones nobody makes.

Most nonprofits run on a few people doing several jobs. Outreach between appeals is the work everyone agrees is important and nobody has the hours for.

New donors never get a thank you call

A first gift is the moment a supporter decides whether they matter to you. A receipt email arrives, nobody calls and the second gift never comes.

Volunteers sign up and hear nothing

The form goes into a spreadsheet, the coordinator is busy with this weekend's event and by the time someone calls, the volunteer has found another cause.

Event lists go unconfirmed

Nobody knows who is really coming until the night, so the catering is wrong, the seats are half empty and the follow up after the event never happens either.

WHAT IT DOES

Outreach that happens on a small team's budget.

The agent makes the calls and the follow up that a larger development team would make, and every conversation is saved against the person so nothing depends on memory.

Thank you calls within a day

When a new gift comes in, the agent calls to say thank you on behalf of your organisation, answers simple questions and notes anything the supporter wants you to know.

Renewals and RSVPs, confirmed

Members hear before their renewal lapses. Event registrants are called to confirm, and the list updates itself with who is coming, who is not and who wants a reminder.

Follow up by text and email

Anyone who does not pick up gets a short text or email written from the purpose of the call, and the agent tries again until they answer or ask to stop.

ONE RECORD FOR THE WHOLE TEAM

Everyone sees the same supporter history.

Staff change, volunteers rotate and board members come and go. The history of every conversation stays in one place, so relationships survive the turnover.

Every call recorded and transcribed

Calls, texts and emails land against the person, with a recording and a transcript, so the next person to speak to a supporter knows exactly what was said last time.

See what is working

Which calls reached people, which messages got replies and which events filled up. The numbers come from the conversations themselves rather than from someone filling in a report.

No per-seat pricing

Users and contacts are unlimited, so adding a new coordinator or a board member costs nothing. Calling, texting, email and the calendar are on one bill.

QUESTIONS

Questions nonprofits ask

What is the best CRM for nonprofits?

It depends on which job is hurting. If the problem is recording gifts and producing receipts, you want a donor database. If the problem is that supporters never hear from a person between appeals, volunteers sign up and are never called and event lists go unconfirmed, you want a CRM that does the outreach. That second job is what this one is built for, and small teams feel it the most.

Does it process donations or send gift receipts?

No, and we would rather say so up front. Donation processing, tax receipts and grant tracking belong in a donor or fundraising platform. Many organisations keep that platform for the money and use this for the conversations: the thank you calls, the renewal reminders, the RSVP confirmations and the follow up texts that a two-person team never gets to.

Who does the AI agent call?

Only people who gave your organisation their number: donors, members, volunteers and event registrants. It does not dial the public. Every call opens with the agent saying it is a digital assistant calling on behalf of your organisation and that the call is recorded, and calls go out at considerate hours in each person's own timezone.

Will supporters mind talking to a digital assistant?

Most supporters mind far more when nobody calls at all. The agent is upfront about what it is, keeps the call short and useful and hands anything personal back to your team. A supporter who wants to talk to a person gets a message passed to you straight away, with the conversation attached so nobody has to ask them twice.

What can the agent actually do for a nonprofit?

Thank a first-time donor within a day, remind a member that their renewal is coming up, confirm who is still coming to the gala, welcome a new volunteer and book their orientation, and follow up by text or email with whoever did not pick up. Each of those is a job that matters and that small teams rarely have hours for.

Is there special nonprofit pricing?

The plans are the same monthly plans every customer uses, with no setup fee and no contract, so you can stop at any time. Current prices are on the pricing page. On the demo we will look at your outreach and tell you honestly which plan fits, including when the smallest one is enough.

How long does setup take?

An onboarding team member sets it up with you. Together you agree what the agent says, which lists it works from and where meetings or orientations land on the calendar. There is nothing to code, and your contact lists come in from a spreadsheet or your current system.

Can our volunteers and staff share it?

Yes. Users and contacts are unlimited on every plan, so a coordinator, a development lead and a board member can all see the same record of who was called, what they said and what happens next, without paying per seat.
